When we're hit with headwinds...together, we're RESILIENT.
I wrote this song while inspired by the incredible communities rising up and supporting each other despite the odds. Whether pandemics, politics or economic downturns...we're always stronger TOGETHER.

BACKSTORY
I wrote an earlier version of “Resilient” in early 2020 when so many things in the world were challenging our way of life...from the pandemic to racial inequity to financial disparity to gender inequality. At that time, I witnessed many communities pulling together to face those headwinds together, and was incredibly inspired by some of the most amazing human beings I've met, leading social communities, leading non-profit initiatives, and even leading corporate initiatives, all aimed to help people in need.
It was phenomenally inspiring.
Since then, in 2022 and 2023, there's been war, an economic crash, natural disasters, and so much more.
As I contemplated the launch of my new music project, phonicBOOM, I decided to take "Resilient" and re-arrange and re-record as the first single in my first EP.
A monstrous, 200+ audio track project that brought my 2014 Mac Mini to its knees -- literally, I was forced to invest in a Macbook Pro -- my first pop rock / future bass single is now born.
I hope for it to be an anthem for resilience...and of course, I hope you like it. :)
